The world is changing, the way we shop is changing and the way we find our next job or hire is also changing.
Over the past 5 years we have seen an increased demand for remote and freelance workers; the current pandemic was the cherry on top!
The problem we are seeing is that there is no real decentralised way where freelancer and offer their services without the interferences of traditional corporates, why not cut them out? The corporates I mean, not the freelancer, we need freelancers.
Well, cutting the corporates leaves the freelancer vulnerable to scams.. how do we solve this?
